Vector Aruba flag
The flag of Aruba is a tricolor consisting of blue, yellow and red horizontal stripes. The blue stripe is located at the top and is the widest of the three. It represents the Caribbean Sea that surrounds Aruba. The middle yellow stripe is half the size of the blue and stands for the island's gold-rich soil. The red stripe is located at the bottom and stands for Aruba's vibrant and diverse culture. The four white stars located in the top left corner of the flag symbolize the island's four main languages: Dutch, Spanish, English and Papiamento. The Aruba flag was adopted on March 18, 1976, when the island became a Dutch colony. Before this, Aruba had used the flag of the Netherlands Antilles. The colors of the Aruba flag are similar to those of the Netherlands, but the stars make the flag unique. The Aruba flag is widely used on the island. It can be seen flying everywhere, from official government buildings to private homes. Aruba has also adopted the flag for its national anthem and for its national day, Flag Day, which falls on March 18th each year. If you are looking to download a copy of the Aruba flag as SVG
