A speed gauge icon with a circular background and two arrows pointing outwards. The arrow on the left is pointing to the left and has a "slower" label next to it, while the arrow on the right is pointing to the right and has a "faster" label next to it. The icon is outlined in a dark blue color, and the background of the circle is a lighter blue color.
